Some BWCU members have received an automated phone message stating their credit card and/or debit card has been suspended and if they would like their card to be re-activated; they will need to enter their card number over the phone. Please be advised this call is not coming from BWCU or any representatives of BWCU. BWCU will not request personal information, including account numbers, over the telephone or via email. The source phone number that may appear on your caller ID is (302) 286-5252. Please contact us immediately at (316) 683-1199 if you have received this automated message.
